I William Norton of Strumpeshaugh, son and heir of William Norton late of Braken, have handed over, demised, enfeoffed and by this charter confirmed
to John Mannell of Brakenassh and Robert Lyncoln of the same all those lands and tenements
in Brakenassh which the aforesaid William Norton together with William More of Braken and Richard Kewe of the same
late jointly had of the demise, enfeoffment and confirmation of Roger Manwyn of Braken as by his charter lately

my father alone died seized, and by the death of the same William Norton late of Braken all the lands and tenements
descended to me William Norton as son and next heir of William by hereditary right, to hold
to them, their heirs and assigns, of the chief lords
for ever.
Given at Braken
28 January 4 Henry VIII [1512/3].
[Dorse:] Estate and seisin were delivered in the presence
of Robert Mannell, Richard Sherp, Henry Forby, Henry
Norton', Thomas Burton and others.
